CENTER and DIV align="center" are deprecated.

Both will work with current browsers. DIV align="center" will not center a table under Mozilla M13 (NS5.0 alpha release), CENTER will. May change by final release, but who knows?

TABLE align="center" doesn't work in some older browsers (notably older AOL browsers), works in current browsers, works in M13.

Determining who (or rather, which browsers) makes up the majority of your visitors and then deciding which (or which combination) to use would seem the prudent course.

Put an html CENTER tag around it
