    <description> &lt;p&gt;If you&#039;re using tables (who doesn&#039;t these days?) you can try breaking up your pages into multiple tables. Make the banner art the top it&#039;s own table, then the rest of the page in different tables.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, depending on who you display the banners you might want to leave the banner outside a table altogether.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You&#039;ll have to try different things.&lt;/p&gt;
