In that popup you select a file and when clicking the "open"-button the selected file is opened in your browser, if you have the right plugin(s).<br /> (For the people who don't know the &lt;input type="file"&gt; )</p> <p>The popup starts at Desktop or the last visited folder. The ACCEPT attribute gives a comma-separated list of media types accepted, allowing the browser to filter out inappropriate files.
