Unless you have an animated image with several frames, not just a blank one at the begining, there is not way to truely prevent someone from copying your still-frame pictures. The user doesn't have to right-click on the image to download it, they can just hit the "print-screen" (copies the entire screen into the clipboard) key on their keyboard and they paste that image into Paint, crop the picture they want, and delete the rest.

Use an animated gif img whith a very short 1st frame which is actually a black img. So the img will display properly in the browser (as the second frame of the ani gif is the actual img), but when people right click, save and then display the gif they will see a black img in their paint program.
note: This is a very basic method and not very good. There are some sxripts that stop you from right clickinh on a page to save as well, but these can be by-passed to...
