If you wish to invest the time in it great if not check out NetObjects Fusion 4.0. It has a Cold Fusion connector that lets you do simple DB connections w/o learning Cold Fusion. I can't tell you how well it works because I do programing in CF and havn't tried the NetObjects connector. NetObjects does have a nice news group where you could find out it's capabilities.
