    <description> &lt;p&gt;To be able to change the location of another window, that window needs a name. As far as I know the only way to give a window a name is to open it yourself (correct me if I&#039;m wrong) thus it wouldnt be possible to change the location of the initial window.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If the first window has a name this code should work:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;onClick=&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
oldWindow.location.href=&amp;quot;aLocation&amp;quot;;&lt;br /&gt;
self.close();&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
