I found a basic site tracker at superstats.com. This is the only one I know of that does not require their graphic in exchange for the basic tracking service. try my old web site to see if you get the error:

I don't use them now because I moved to hypermart and have tracking as part of the service.

I used TheCounter.com, that's one of them where I got script errors. I pasted the html right. I use IE 5. Is there any special setting I have to set in IE 5 to ensure my computer accepts scripts or something???!!!

Anyways, my site's here: http://fxdigital.cjb.net . I put the hitBOX.com tracker near the bottom. Does anyone get any script errors?

the best way is to use your own cgi script, no javascript errors there. however, if you don't have cgi access use linkexchange's hit counter or thecounter.com

The only way to do this is a script. If you want to minimize script errors then I suggest getting a pre-made one that runs off of a different site. Not sure where you could get one but I bet there are a few links to those kind on http://www.pageresource.com/.
