    <description> &lt;p&gt;The best way for that may be a java applet, but there is probably a way with CGI. I&#039;m not sure it can be done with JavaScript or not, I haven&#039;t tried plotting points- but it seems possible if you use style sheets and JavaScript, and use a new window to display the graph. &lt;/p&gt;
