    <description> &lt;p&gt;The first two things would probably work in order if you placed the picture in the code first, followed by the wav file. This works if the wav file is larger than the image (which would make it take longer to load).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To run the javascript after both those things have happened, I would use the onLoad=&quot;&quot; in the body tag, ie:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#60;BODY onLoad=&quot;js_function()&quot;&amp;#62;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Replace the js_function() with the active function in your color script.&lt;/p&gt;
