    <description> &lt;p&gt;By my count, total download was 255171 bytes  That&#039;s a long long long time unless you have a T1 link.  Most 28.8 surfers will hit the back button long before the page arrives.  And four of the mouse-over images from the top-right menu didn&#039;t arrive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another problem I had was even with a full 1024 by 762 monitor at full height, your menu was off the bottom of the screen (beyond contact us????)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And to answer your first question .. if the LH frame is a fixed width (not a percentage width) then I&#039;m not sure how you could get an overlap.&lt;/p&gt;
