    <description> &lt;p&gt;I thin I had kind of a smiliar problem, Dreamweaver wont let you change links sitewide unless you have the &#039;/&#039; in front of the relative address, it must really like them or something. I just changed all the links to have a forward slash and it didn&#039;t make any difference to browsing.&lt;/p&gt;
