If you can't think of a design yourself, or can't get an idea from coolhomepages.com, you might consider hiring a web design company. Of course, this will only work if you are willing to put $$$ into it. On rare occasions you may find designers willing to make you a design to build their portfolio or in exchange for advertising (post in the jobs/barter forum for this).
