    <description> &lt;p&gt;You might as weel try Dreamweaver, it&#039;s got a color drop tool, it lets you mix your own colors. Ans the best thing is it&#039;s also an HTML Editor.. But the only problem is that if your new to web design, it might take a while for you to learn since it doesn&#039;t have any wizard guide like Frontpage or NetObjects Fusion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;go to Macromedia&#039;s web site to download the 30 day trial of dreamweaver.&lt;/p&gt;

&#039;korax color drop&#039; it&#039;s an easy to use tool,  you can select a color from anywhere on the screen and get the html-number back.&lt;br /&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Colorblind... did you mean that literally? If so, you&#039;ll probably want to get someone to help you design web pages and pick the colors, etc. Most commercial HTML editors have a built in tool for selecting colors.&lt;/p&gt;
