    <description> &lt;p&gt;..you wont be able to get good results resizing text though. It wont be readable anymore, if you go down too far.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I use Paint Shop Pro 5, it&#039;s not (quite) as good as Adobe Photoshop, but is cheaper. You can easily resize images as a percentage of the original or to certain pixel size, keeping all ratios intact. The results are good, as long as you don&#039;t go too small.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Adobe Photoshop is my favorite, if you have it already. If you don&#039;t, then you&#039;ll need some $$$. PSP probably also works, but I don&#039;t really know &#039;cause I&#039;ve never used it.&lt;/p&gt;
