It buries configuration files someplace that show up when you try a new version. Most don't help to clean your registry either. Only way I have been able to get around this is to format your harddrive (little extreme) <img src="http://www.webmaster-forums.com/ubb/wink.gif" alt="" class="bb-image" /> or delete all the files in your windows directory and reinstall windows.
