The first banner has the makings of a high CTR banner but, as previously said, the argument is not good enough for an experienced target market.
Try http://www.what-next.com/canyou_banners.html and articles in the archives for more - very useful - tips on creating high CTR banners.
BTW I recently got 6% CTR, which is extremly good as average is approx. 0.7%.

Hi Guys!

Thanks for your opinion. They are going to be placed on a web hosting directory. Which one do you think will work best on that kind of site? The third one is already on the site, and I'm thinking about changing it to the first one or second later to increase my click through rate and to refresh with new banners.

Hi,

I like the 2nd and the 3rd but for different reasons.
The 2nd is somewhat serious but clean and nice.

The 3rd is funny but less serious.

It all depends on what group you have as a target for the add.

I think I like #2 without the grey background. #3 is really cute but doesn't say much, maybe have something a little more inviting, even "cow-punish" in the balloon text?

24$ for 50MB isnt really cheap, so you might want to put another argument for your service on the banner.
