    <description> &lt;p&gt;yepp, found it!&lt;br /&gt;
my httpd.conf looks like this:&lt;br /&gt;
  AccessFileName .htaccess&lt;br /&gt;
  &amp;lt;Files .htaccess&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
    Order allow,deny&lt;br /&gt;
    Deny from all&lt;br /&gt;
  &amp;lt;/Files&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(i deleted the comments) since i haven&#039;t changed anything after set up, i&#039;d say, that&#039;s ok. (and it is, as i know now)&lt;br /&gt;
so edited in my system-settings the &#039;path&#039; (added my perl-path), at the first line i only have #!perl.exe now. and that&#039;s working. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;well, thank you again, orpheus for your help!&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;1) make sure you edited the .htaccess file to support Perl&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) check the path at the top of your script to make sure it reads #!c:\perl\bin\perl.txt&lt;/p&gt;
