Hi-
Yes, WebAdverts can allow advertisers to log-in for their personal stats. Also, it does not require SSI to run. It can be run from an IMG tag also.

webadverts do use standard url or ssi. check out my page birminghamnet.com the banner on the bottom uses webadverts.

Ive used every script of theirs and yes Adverts is good but requires SSI I want one where a site not on the server can put a link to the script and the banners will show through a URL not SSI

try www.cgi-resources.com there's tons of ad rotators there free/cost i'd suggest trying webadverts, although there are many other scripts to choose from.
