    <description> &lt;p&gt;I have created a section in my homepage called &amp;quot;Other Links&amp;quot;. but as you know this kind of links after sometime their owners may changed the links to another one. Now I wish to know, is there anyway in which my HTML can check whether the links has changed then if &amp;quot;yes&amp;quot; it will updated the links for me or inform me of the changed.&lt;br /&gt;
