Shockwave
Has anyone had problems updating/uploading shockwave to their computers for IE?
I am not able to upgrade my shockwave for IE only, but firefox worked just fine.
I contacted Adobe, and they told me to remove every component of Adobe and reinstall. But I cant get it to install in the first place.
Any Help?

open this link and click on download now. it will automatically start downloading the shokwave.
and save that file to your computer and after downloading the installer run the setup.

My problem/issue is it doesnt start automatically downloading, and even if I try to manually download it, I can not get it working. Because it does Nothing at all. it says may take a few minutes, and I am on a fast connection, so it shouldnt take too long, but I have left it open for 5 minutes before and nothing happened at all.
Like I said I contacted Adobe, and they told me to uninstall and reinstall shockwave, but I cant even get it to update, which is a big issue with me.

I tried the install again, and the furthest the screen will get is Shockwave installing. It doesnt go beyond that. the download time says 6 minutes on 56k modem. I am on a BB modem. So it is supposed to be at least that.
I left it sitting for 10 minutes and it made it to the end of that screen as far as the loading bar goes, but then it stopped. and sat there. And I waited 10 minutes after it got done with the load screen.
So I dont know what to do about it.
