Disabling Private protection

Dear responder,

I have an administrator account on my computer And when i first created a password i clicked ok then it asked me if I wanted to make my folders private and I clicked yes. Now I need to know how to disable it so that my little brother can install some software. The private file protection included program files and windows so it is now protecting those files from other users.

Please somebody help
