The SIte Loads quite slow...
Other than that, the color schemes quite bright, loud...
IMy first impression is that it looks entirely like a template...
I also noticed that you have a URL redirect, (its a good thing though)
But I like your philosophy of keeping it simple, also site navigation is quite easy...

Navigation is ok but I think you need to have another look at the logo - needs more impact. I think it would be a good idea not to have so many google ads - they just clutter your site up too much - just keep the ones on the right hand side and extend the content on the left.
Would also be better if you highlighted the tabs when you went to them to make it clear which bit you were under. Otherwise seems pretty functional.
