New webmaster.. made site made through phpnuke with some tweaking. Used googletap to attempt to change most links to static html links. I have minimal graphics ability, but will attempt to redo the logo/images soon.

Are red links ok? Or a nono? also, text formatting, etc help would be appreciated.

Nice site! I run one site using PHP Nuke myself (hacked and customized), and am about to convert another.

Your site has a very clean design, but seems slightly plain. It's probably the white space up top, but perhaps you're reserving that for banner ads.

I have tried to clean up the main page and some of the graphics quite a bit. Please let me know what you think.

Do you think red links work?

I don't think you're going to have a problem with the red links. They fit the red/blue color scheme so they don't look out of place.

The crew points are a great idea, but I don't really understand how they work. Is pokerroom.com going to report back the number of raked hands played to you? If there is this type of interaction between the poker sites that is brilliant and should definately increase referals.

It looks like you changed the light blue color and forgot to change sidebox-title-left.gif. It is a little darker than the background.

Great job. I will return in the future to read some more articles.

Try dropping down the slogun "Free poker chips...." to baseline of the image or the header. More whitespace should make that easier to read.

Hey there, nice site. I like your nuke mods, the scalable template and the curves. I am not a big fan of nuke in general, i think they all tend to look the same, but for the most part you have done a good job in masking that aspect of the interface.

I am a poker player so I dig the site bro. Right on. Will get into it a bit more. Also I am interested int he point system that you have there. Sort of an affiliate gig? Would like to incorporate something similar with some of my sites. THe red links for me could be a bit heavier. Bold or something. THey seem a bit faint.

Cool.

I would like to understand the point system also. Please explain.
