It's not bad, the google ads are intergrated into the site nicely, and I LOVE the random joke feature.
Yellow seems to work for the site...but it may be too much yellow. I'm not really sure. Definitely an A+ for content though. I do worry a bit about sites that claim "All jokes and images listed on this website are, to our best knowledge, public domain".

looks good, nice content, could do with a few more as competitor sites have a large back catalogue of material
a lot of wasted space in the header graphic
