The design looks good. Solid. My only problem with it is from a business stand point; not a web design stand point.

Design looks very clean and easy to use. My only question is will there be enough of a market for another search / directory site. There are so many of them out there that you may have a tough time getting the ball rolling.
The work you have put in looks nice though, and best of luck to you with it.
