Hi-

Looking for feedback on a site I've been
working on for about a month. It is a portal/
information site for the real estate industry.

realsys.org

I'd like to know what you think of the color scheme,
overall layout and general flow. Let me have it -
I'll take any feedback good or bad. Recommendations
for improvement wanted.

(fyi: some of the subpage links don't work, but many do)

Thanks,

Looks pretty good.

One thing I noticed is that the home tab sits higher up then the other link tabs. Is it supposed to be like that?

Everything else looks alright. =)

Loads fast and looks good.

It's easy to navigate and easy to read.

Firstly, at 800*600 you get a horizontal scroll bar because one of your tables is set to width="780". The maximum you can use is 770 with 0 page margins.

The colour scheme I think is fine, although I wouldn't have used the orange & red together I think in the small amounts you have there it's ok.

I agree somewhat about the tabs. I think that the raised one should actually be the page/section you are on rather than the home page all the time, that could be slightly confusing.

Lastly, every page should be in the same layout/design. Just flicking through a few links I noticed that several changes occur which looks very odd.

Problem, Referral Network at the top takes you to

http://www.realsys.org/links/links/index.php

No page.

The Tabs do not change to the Home Tab is always forward, should it be like that?

I went to Free Resources and I had to click twice because the tab was behind.

Then

Another missing page...

It could do with some work, or your host was not working at the time I was viewing the site.

Theres a little grey box in the bottom left corner... What's that for? It looks a little strange. If it's not an essential part of the site, it might be worth getting rid of it.

Looking to get some input on 2 different
color schemes for my site.

Which one do you think works best. I am very
open to color change and/or design suggestions.
