Very grey again, is that your favourite colour?? The banners at the top do look like the logo for the site a bit! You need a stronger logo for yourself and put that above the line to the left of the banners. The other thing I'd say is it need colour to warm it up and feel more inviting.

It looks too 'nukish', which I think is a new word.

Hey Poom,
Nice work. Some minor things:
-Too gray. I'd suggest to bring up a color other than gray and combine them.
-The poll doesn't work in Internet Explorer 5 (or does it work at all? ).
-Where's the border in the Welcome Box?
-I'd move the forums box more to the top.
Overall: nice layout.

I agree with mairving - it does look too "nukish". It looks nice but I feel that it's too boxy overall. Maybe try pushing some of those boxes together or something. Once again, you've got a problem with the logo being too small and low-contrast so something needs to be done with that as well.
Otherwise it looks quite good - I like the chrome style bars you've got there.

I think it is really nice and clean however you do need some color going on somewhere. Maybe the logo?? I think a dark orange would look great with the gray. And make the logo a little bigger. You did a good job on those gray bars. I like some of your banners to. You don't find many sites with useful banners.
Noticed that you have several errors at the W3C validation. Also, some of your break tags have the space and a forward slash mark in them like you would do in a XHTML document. I don't think this will really matter but since you have a HTML 4.0 doctype I would probably fix these.

A few things I'd do if it was mine (but your not me and you can do whatever you want
get rid of the date, put the search box in its place,
remove the php-source icon, bring the chrome bar down to the white line (in fitting with the rest of the site) and make a new logo to fit above it beside the banner, the banner loks to out of place in the middle.
keep up the good work
