Hi kailash, have you read the Policy and Procedure thread, we do ask you review 3 other sites on here before asking for your own to help people get assorted views from all levels of web developers.
Like the old saying goes, sometimes you have to give a little before you can get some back (or however it goes)

Nice site, fast loading and very easy navigation.
The colors work very well and it's very easy to read.
I agree with teammatt3 who said that there just needs to be a little more on the header.

I like it. It's a little sparse but I go for bold and simple any day. (Clutter is bad and clean is professional) Maybe a little more in the header logo but otherwise looks great.
Hey, I just revisited the site and finally noticed the colors in the bar change each visit. My professional expertise is in branding so I feel compelled to warn against inconsistancies like that... but personally I think it's kinda cool. And each color you cycle thru works. How did you do that trick?
