nabhome.ch is a real estate-database. it opened today, still, there are several small bugs in it (first page not forwarding automatically.
could you have a look at it and tell me what you think? thank you all!

The design looks clean. Everything looks like its layed out nicely. If I spoke German i'd give you more input.

I think it might be a little too clean actually. Just not enough substance, although I don't know what your site is about so maybe that's appropriate.
You're also getting a horizontal scrollbar at 800 x 600

I agree that it is a little too clean, but I have to say that the site works for me. Maybe that's because I speak a few words German
.
I find the site easy to understand and navigate. I like the fact that the search-button is (also) on the first page.

Ok, I went to http://www.mytranslate.com to see if I could make any sense of your site. It translated and everything, Im just not sure that it translated correctly.
Nothing made any sense. From what I could understand, it's supposed to be some sort of home finder? If so, nothing is clear at all. I would suggest putting some directions or help below.

oh, those online-translaters... i never really used them, but i can't imagine they work properly...
you're right, the site's about real-estate.
).
the first nav-button 'nabhome' contains different things, such as contact (phone-number, mail, ...) and downloads (if you like playing lego, i recommend you BlockCAD, where you can build your house with lego
2nd button: the heart of the site: you can search an appartment/house/... that fits your criteria (size, place (within radius), price).
3rd button: you can calculate, how much you're house may cost. for us in switzerland an important question!
4rd button: if you'd like to put your real-estate into our database you select this button.
if you don't know, how switzerland looks like, try 'Karte' on the top right. you get a map that shows our country... hey, we're proud of that feature!
well, that's it.
if you want to try a simple search, put:
- aarau into field 'ort'
the rest you may leave empty.
thanks for your patience...

Clean, yes. Too clean? Well, that's a matter of taste.
BTW, I speak german. I lived in Berlin for 10 years.
From Downloads, I clicked on 'Checkliste' (pdf/97 kb)
and from what I could briefly read, it looked good.
(Allerdings...)
Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 gave me the following error:
There was an error processing a page. Operation or data is too complex.
After that, the page went blank.
Questions you should ask yourself before buying...
In the Toronto real estate market I keep hearing the phrase: Location, Location, Location.
Finanzierung: Is it necessary to have a drop down menu of one item? Are you planning to expand this section?
I like the Financing program... I tried different values, got reasonable results
(die Tuer steht offen)
