Well it's a forum - so really not much to review there really.
'spose i could comment on the theme - it does nothing for me really - i'd change the cobalt theme if i had that forum.

I think what they mean is that your site is basically a FORUM right??? which maybe got hosted on forumer where they support phpbb.
The Cobalt theme is quite a Shocker and is hard on the eyes, yes its graphically flashy but a forum visitor reads a lot so they need cleaner Themes Like what you see here in webmasters forums.
Also too many TOPICS at a page load is hard for visitors to read and be led to where they would like... So its better to have sub forums for different topics, Have a front end with simple explanation of each forum and link it to those specific forum...

I second the apostrophes. Wrong grammar is twice as annoying as spelling mistakes.
It, really make's it hard; for the readers eyes!!!
