The site design looks fairly professional, but the name detracts from the professionalism. And having that many Google ads on the site definitely detracts from the professionalism.
yea, I agree with timjpriebe.
The first thing the user needs to see is content, not advertising.
In order to see anything I want too, I have to scroll, and thats not good.
The material is also a lot. I would put the three info things on top, maybe even shorten it up some. Then the proxy at the bottom. I would add the google ads to the left of the text block, so it blends in (like how you would have a picture in with text).
But, overall the layout looks very standard to me. Maybe add some brighter colors because it looks fairly dull?
I don't think it's a bad start though!

definitively to many ads, you should try to integrate ads in you're content instead of like this, I usually don't waste time on site where I cant find easily the info that I need
