the drop down menu navigation - when opened up - opens behind your select make drop down menu so you cannot see some of the buttons.
There also seems to be a lot of links - with no specific structure.

You need to look at adding tabe cell padding in places as it is out of preportion.

Looks okay, a bit plain though. I would change the drop menu to when you choose your selection, it'll go the page right away, not when you have to click submit.

Not bad. You may want to spice it up a bit with graphics since the site looks very textual at the moment. I like the logo... Smiling
