Using Netscape 6, there's a problem with your logo area - in the table part with the dark blue background there is some extra space at the top... weird - when I reload it's fine. Could be a problem with the script in there - I'm not sure though.
There are also a few problems with spacing and layout on the sub-pages - I'm sorry that I don't have time to go through that right now (we have to be logged off by 5:00 today for some reason!)
Otherwise it looks great - excellent improvement over the old one!
