Not much to look at considering the links aren't working. Those flash links are dead too.
The base layout looks like a template. Lacks character. A lot of the text is problematic. The text shows in TNR, make it a sans to match the modern feel of the site. Also problems with grammar and typography.
Good news: Your text scroller works in Opera. Bad news: too much animation going on, it's distracting. There are 3 animated elements (if you count the small flash banners as on element) competing for my attention.

I'm guessing that this is supposed to simulate a stereo or something. The gallery links don't currenty function properly. Which is bad because they are featured so prominently on the site. I do think that its a little busy. I like the concept but it needs much more work.

Your gallery buttons get stuck in their rollover positions if the mouse is moved away from them too quickly.

To me it's like each individual thing works fine, but put them altogether and it looks horrible. Also I am an avid hater of Times New Roman on web pages

I would suggest preloading the flash banner, it was running very slow and looked bad until the entire site downloaded. Also, I would get rid of the various flash animations on the right-hand side, as they're distracting(/bordering on annoying) but serve no purpose. Because the fourth cell on your navigation bar has a blue background, it almost looks like there's supposed to be an image saying, "Gallery 4" but it didn't load; I'd suggest making the background of that area grey to match the rest of the navbar. I'd also recommend using XHTML/CSS instead of HTML/tables for layout. I agree w/ heebiejeebieclu about Times New Roman, here's a list of standard Windows/Mac fonts; if you look through it you might find something you like better than Times.
