It's listed in his/her first post. It's right above the 'Report Bad Post' link though, so I missed it at first glance too.
The layout is pretty good. You need an updated logo. That looks like something you would make with WordArt or something.
The Google search box should either blend in (same background color) or pop out with a better color than gray. Also, your Google ads to the left of the content need to be more along the lines of the colors of the rest of the site.
You need some way of distinguishing links from text, which you currently do not have. Leave the underline, change the color, something to make it obvious that it is a link.
You should remove the border on your linked images, by adding
border="0"'![]()
" tag.
to the "
I think you forgot to edit your About page or something, because it doesn't make much sense right now...

Maybe go with lilac and gold Google ads to match your site theme and take the ad banner out of the header and move Google search box to page bottom. Remove the Google ads from project listings and remove the screenshot, replace it with a link. Lastly, put the 'links' link in the navigation bar with all the others and your site will be very cool.

To be honest i don't like it.
for software download you have to take some ideas from download.com
