Where to start... your logo is difficult to read because of the naff 3D effect (sooo 1998) and the colour scheme is nothing short of dull (get some colours other than grey in there!). Your branding is inconsistent, you need to ensure you have your logo on every page to keep it simple.

Also... what is the point of the "ee" on the background... what does it stand for?

Oh... and your forum doesn't load. I tried several times, and each time it just times out.
