Not bad... I'd set the margins to 0 and align it left *or* center it all in the middle of the page. Seems really tiny on my machine (although I'm using a highres LCD screen).
Not bad?! It's atrocious. There are flying things and unattributed materials, the big black block of navigation harms the page and there is no attention to typography at all.
Why steal things from other places? Why create a site that's a collection of stolen photos and jokes, et cetera?!

Although I have to admit the 'worn' look achieved by using that shaped brush in Photoshop seems like a nice effect, although probably not what the author intended.
The rest of the site just doesn't really hang together very well, a random, meaninglessness prevails here and that's a bad thing.

I was reviewing the design.
I figured a comment along the lines of "oh no... not another 'my first homepage' site" wouldn't have been particually helpful!
