Hi all
I have a you tube clone site and all is up and running except i cant upload movies etc,the reason i think is ffmpeg (WHAT EVER THAT IS) i have done some reading up and it looks like its something i need to install on my servers?
Is this correct? does anyone know anything about this ?

FFmpeg is a complete solution to record, convert and stream audio and video. It is a command line tool to convert one video file format to another. It also supports grabbing and encoding in real time from a TV card.

Howevre im none the wiser,ive had a look at the link but still dont understand how i can install this on my servers and get the script to work ?
Prob me just being thick.

Actually, i am not familiar with this ffmpeg.. I looked at the site again and there's another version and a better one.. for the tool click on the 'download' link..
