Wrong Currency paid in Paypal
I have a UK based business and have set up my Mr Site on-line shop with GB Pounds as the currency. UK customers are paying in GB Pounds but after checkout the payment is then being treated as if it was paid in US Dollars. So if a customer pays 20 GB Pounds i end up with 20 US Dollars in my paypal account. I have contacted both Mr Site and Paypal who simply blame each other.
Please HELP

Have you followed-up with either of them? Have you told them that the other site is attempting to claim it's their fault? That could get you some action. Also try to speak to someone higher up in the support chain. Often the people on the front lines don't have the ability to solve unique problems like this.

lol i must admit this is hilarious but at the same time you are loosing almost half of the payments.
I'd recommend you calling up Paypal, the matter would be solved quick. A support ticket can take some time to get a reply. Whenever i have problems with paypal, i just ring them and the issue is sorted quite soon.

Yeah I also think that you should ring up PayPal for more fast replies and more fast services.
I think that this is not just a simple issue and this may happen again if you don't act on it earlier.
Hope you fixed this problem. Goodluck!
