You also need to have version 2 of the Microsoft .NET framework installed. I've only got v1 and didn't want to download v2 just to play with this.

i usually just have the file open in both browsers, refresh on both after each save, works ok

Or you could install the IETab plugin for FF and reload all tabs after making any changes
