Hi,
I am looking for a free perl script that would allow users to upload photos & write text about the photo for other users to see, maybe some kind of photo gallery ??
Any ideas ??

There are some photo gallery scripts at the site Marc suggested (cgi-resources.com). They should do what you want.

Try imagefolio.com just one of the many image databases out there.
I have used it and it is very robust, very customizable. Dont know where they are with the script though now days.
