Hi,
Is there an ebook compiler that can make a
e-book from a saved web page that has cascading style sheets
.css & java .js in it.
HtmEbook ebook creator comes close but when I
click on the ebook there is a java script error.
pdf format would be best but the data is .html & spreadsheet
type format & large.
The html page has clickable columns which can sort
products by price etc.
If possible something that has a 30 day trial with
out advertisements saying it's a demo or trial.

Well, i answered this over in Webmaster Talk, but, i guess it would be relevant here as well. I have used Ebook Maestro for a while and it works with css.
This is a direct quote from their site...
"eBooks compiled with eBook Maestro software support all character sets and can contain and open any files: HTML Pages, Graphic Files, Flash Files, Java Scripts, VB Scripts, Style Sheets, Sound Files, Video Files, etc."
The only thing is, the free version puts a small credit at the bottom of every page.
