A lot of places will give you stuff like you require in bid to get people there. Contact the countries embassy and you might be surprised at how much they give you, especially information wise.
As for the weather pictures, take a photo of the rain, the sun and snow if possible (no background) as it pretty well much does that in most countries (not all get snow thou)
