I am not sure, I never heard this technique like SEO 2.0. I thought you understood wrongly its called web 2.0 not SEO 2.0 may be my thought is wrong means kindly advise me really i didn't know... waiting for your reply.....

Basically Web 2.0 is a flavor-of-the-month marketing buzzword. It vaguely means that Web 1.0 where the public mainly just looked at the internet, is changing into Web 2.0 where the public are adding content. Examples are Facebook, Twitter and Blogger, where technically-challenged people can add their content to the web.
SEO 2.0 is a marketing term to worry website owners that they might be missing out on the latest technology, and the latest traffic. Anybody using the term SEO 2.0 is trying to sell something.

it is a new word to me as well. Web 2.0 is referring to interactive website; SEO 2.0, i guess refers to interactive SEO?

According to the sharing, I noticed the major different is that, normally people has "nofollow" in the comment or no link with another people. SEO 2.0 is to share all these! I guess this is only the terminology to promote follow link and link sharing?

I am not aware about SEO 2.0 but i know Web 2.0. This is the technology where a user can them self add, edit and arrange according to their own way like blog, wordpress etc... are called web 2.0 technology
