Fluent in, roughly in descending order of usage frequency over the last year:

  • General purpose: Common Lisp, Emacs Lisp, Scheme, Java, C, Python, Perl, PHP, ECMAscript, C++, C#, Visual Basic.
  • Specialised: Bourne shell, Z shell, HP RPL, Sed, AWK, Maxima, Octave, Matlab.
  • Markup & stylesheet: TeX/LaTeX, XML/XSL, XHTML, CSS, SVG, MathML, WML, XUL.

Trying to be fluent in: Forth, Haskell, Squeak, Fortran, Prolog, Alpha asm, AVR asm.

I'm something of a language geek. Wink
