They're all over the place! It depends what you're looking to accomplish. If you're looking for some different CMS's (Content Management Systems), you can check out a bunch of the free ones here:
Normally people are looking for specific types of scripts, so I don't recommend that site, but it is a large collection of a variety of scripts. I would stick with the higher rated ones, though.
