Is there any website that provides a tracking tool, like HitBox.com, and when you display their button/banner, you get paid when someone clicks on it?
Or, can someone recommend a website-tracking script to me? I don't know why, but all the scripts that I've used can't catch referral data.

I hope you get rid of Hitbox soon, for it loads all those loud ads and bulky JavaScript code on your page. Honestly, I'm not sure of any that pay you, Hitbox might be alone as far as paying trackers go. I always recommend AXS for tracking purposes: http://www.xav.com/scripts/axs
SiteMeter is the best of the bunch as far as free remote trackers go, as far as I'm concerned. Been using it happily for over two years.
