is there an easy way to update a website without going into the source everytime?

im makeing a website for posting tutorials on different things

but i need a way to update the site without haveing to go into the source
for example is there a way i can create the content i want to post then put it into a category under the tutorials link

lets say we got these pages
home tutorials forum about store

*lets start with the first one home page is there an easy way to update it with new content like pictures text adding or removing links etc etc

*now the tutorials you go to that page and theres a list of categories ... now you click on one of those and theres a list of the videos you click on a video from the list and it has the video some text and download links for files needed

i need a way to be able to add videos to the list along with adding the whole new page for when they click the video from the list

is there a way i can add information onto the site along with a whole new page being created but still structured like the rest

but still be able to update a master page that updates all of the ones that need to look the same but still keeps the content different

for example if i decide to change the home bar i can just change the master page home bar and it changes all the rest but leaves the content they already have

can someone point me in the right direction? what do i need to do something like this ? do i need php, sql or do i use drupal or something like it or some cms type thing?

Drupal will do what you want. Ideally, use a host with cPanel. Create an empty database using cPanel. Install Drupal 7 and start from there.
