Does anyone know where i can get a similar template to either blackplanet.com Or even how the get people to have thier own webpages on thier sites.

You could open a webdesign program and design one yourself, or if you don't know how to do that pay a webdesigner to do it for you.
"small" style designs like that are quite rare on template sites so you'd probably have to employ someone to do it for you. I'm a webdesigner by the way... *hint*

Actually if you know how to design your website or a web page, this kind of webpage is very very easy to be done. So I think it will not cost you too much money to make such kind of template, I mean if a web design ask you for too much money for this template, you can turn to another web design, BTW, I am not a professional web design......*hint*

Thanks andy206uk, i tend to agree with you , that might be a simple templates but it has frames which make is more tricky ,by the way have you seen how the site work, each member has thier own web page. Check it out and let me know what you think and if you are can mess with such stuff *hint*

You just need a simple database driven site. If you want to drop me an email ([email protected]) with details of your requirements and an idea of your budget I'll let you know if I'm able to help you.
Something like a scaled down version of faceparty.com wouldn't take an awful lot of time. (ie, frontpage, member signup and admin, simple profile pages with pics and a basic member search facility).
