Same Design on All domains

I have several country specific domain and want to make these domains live. So i designed a website and publish it on all the domains. Now all of my country specific domains have same design and content. Is it harmful for my domains or it ok.

Same design? It is ok.

Same content? It is NOT ok.

Same design is also detected by search engines. But copy design is fine but content should be unique.
